Privacy policy
This guide loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra advertising by default. Choose Reject to stop them and remember that choice for 180 days. A video player loads only when you press its play button.

Default loading and Reject. If there is no stored choice, analytics, Clarity and Adsterra request their scripts immediately and the notice banner appears. Reject records a denial in pokedive_consent for 180 days and reloads the page, so those scripts and ads are not created again while the denial lasts. Rejection cannot undo requests already sent before the click. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the control; Accept enables the services again. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as Reject. Existing provider cookies are subject to your browser's site-data controls.
Google consent signals. Before analytics configuration, Google Consent Mode defaults ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to denied, with analytics_storage granted and ads_data_redaction enabled. These Google advertising signals do not gate the separate Adsterra scripts. Reject disables analytics as well as the other default services on the reloaded page.
What the services receive. Analytics can receive page URLs, browser/device information, approximate location and identifiers. Clarity records interactions such as scrolling, pointer movements and page content for heatmaps and session replays. Advertising delivery can use request metadata and identifiers to deliver and measure creatives. YouTube is not requested by the local video poster; pressing Play requests the player even if you previously chose Reject for the default services.
Controls and requests. Use Reject to stop future default third-party requests, your browser's site-data settings to remove stored cookies, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on for Google's additional control. You may contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion of correspondence you sent. Provider policies describe their own processing and available choices. Where applicable, you may raise a concern with your data protection authority.
Hosting, transfers and other websites. The hosting and email providers process technical requests and message metadata to deliver the service and handle abuse. Providers may process data outside your country under their policies. No exact host-log retention period is established here. The game at pokedive.com and the external community sites operate under their own policies. This guide does not operate game accounts. Changes to this policy are dated above.
Questions
Do ads and analytics wait for Accept?
No. GA4, Clarity and Adsterra load by default when there is no stored denial. Reject stops them on a page reload and records that choice for 180 days.
Does the video contact YouTube on page load?
No. The poster is served by this site, and the YouTube player is requested after you press Play.
How do I change a previous choice?
Open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Accept or Reject. You can remove this site’s stored preferences in your browser site-data settings.
