Most “not loading” reports in the public notes already have a version attached. A few player reports still have no developer reply.

If the tab is stale, use the reload control on the title or in town. During an expedition the note says that prompt stays hidden. Region choice is Europe, North America, South America or Asia if the problem feels like delay rather than a crash. There is no public bug tracker. Discord reports are behind a login, so they are not in this table.

Try a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Builds before Chrome 99 and Safari 16 were called out in 0.3.1.

I play from Spain and the site will not open.

One developer comment blamed a LaLiga IP block. That is one source, not a network diagnosis I can repeat.

A chest gave me nothing.

A 29 October comment describes that after floor 20. I have no later note that says it was fixed.
